What is Google Captive Systems Water Scarcity Innovation?

what is google CAPTIVE SYSTEMS WATER SCARCITY INNOVATION Innovations in Water Purification

If you’ve ever wondered what is Google Captive Systems Water Scarcity Innovation, it’s a technology that uses solid fuel combustion to power a system that purifies water. Despite its name, this technology uses no chemicals and is able to filter water in as little as 30 minutes. It uses no membranes or chemicals to clean water, and is portable.

The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) has launched an initiative to develop technologies that address water scarcity in areas such as Southern Europe. This project is supported by the EIT Food and Manufacturing sectors, as well as BioAzul consulting. There are three campuses dedicated to the project. The chosen start-ups will be given customized training, advice and mentoring. The work of the start-ups will culminate in a final competition, which will be held in Malaga, Spain, during the Smart-Agrifood congress.

While the number of people who do not have access to potable water is alarming, it’s also worth noting that 11 percent of the world’s population is without safe drinking water. As a result, scientists are working on new ways to supply clean water to communities all over the world. One such method is solar distillers, which use sunlight to evaporate water. The condensed vapour is then collected to provide clean water.
